Organisation and communication for teachers
The focus is on developing a product design for the digital transformation of schools, with an emphasis on how teachers organise and communicate.
Kollabo is a digital platform that helps teachers organise year groups, groups and pupils more effectively. At the same time, it fosters communication and collaboration with parents for the good of the children – in a way that is privacy-friendly, clear and convenient.

Developed together with users
-
Google Design Sprint
Defining a concrete problem and exploring different solution ideas, including building and testing a prototype.
-
UX/UI
Creating a concept that is quick and easy to use. The user comes first, which is why the design is modern and playful.
-
Prototype 2.0
A high-fidelity prototype is ideal for testing the product with users, as it comes very close to the finished tool.
-
User feedback
User tests deliver valuable insights. As a rule, 5–8 users are enough to achieve the best results.
Communication
Kollabo makes communication between parents and teachers easy. Parents are always up to date and well informed – with the latest news on every important event. Thanks to the fast exchange of information, even last-minute changes can be worked into everyday life.
Events
School trips, Christmas parties, parents’ evenings … all these events can be created in Kollabo in no time, complete with all the key information for parents. No more piles of paper – just a digital list of every important date for pupils and parents.
A status overview of all participants makes planning events even easier. Can’t see everything at a glance? No problem: you can set reminders for dates or get in touch with the relevant contact directly.
Management
With so many pupils, parents and teachers, keeping track isn’t always easy. Kollabo provides an overview of every group and contact in the parent–child–teacher network. Features such as notes, replies, group reminders and event organisation make management child’s play.
